1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
1. Mix salmon, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt together in a bowl; form into patties.
