1 apple, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 splash vanilla extract
1/4 cup ground walnuts, or to taste
1/4 cup ground pecans, or to taste
1 tablespoon maple syrup, or more to taste
1. Stir apple, raisins, coconut oil, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook to blend flavors, about 5 minutes.
2. Blend banana, eggs, almond milk, almond butter, and vanilla together in a food processor. Add walnuts and pecans to banana mixture and blend.
3. Stir banana mixture and maple syrup into apple mixture; bring to a simmer and cook until thick, 5 to 10 minutes.
